PlainPropertyTax stores county slugs in your browser's local storage, not an account. A copied link contains those same public slugs so another person can open the list. The Subscribe (RSS) link builds the same slug list into a feed URL you can add to any reader, still with no account, and the feed only refreshes when the ACS extract does. It does not create alerts, monitor a parcel, or predict a future bill. Check your assessor's official records before acting on any figure.
